• "Content" includes resumes, interview recordings, feedback, and any other materials uploaded or generated

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Use of Services

3.1 For Candidates

As a Candidate, you may:

• Create a profile and upload your resume
• Participate in AI-powered interviews
• Receive feedback and skill assessments
• Apply for job opportunities

3.2 For Recruiters

As a Recruiter, you may:

• Post job opportunities
• Access candidate profiles and interview results
• Use our matching and screening tools
• Communicate with candidates through our platform

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use proxy test-takers or impersonate others
• Inflate credentials, experience, or qualifications
• Attempt to manipulate or deceive our AI systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Share confidential interview questions or content

4. AI-Powered Services

4.1 Interview and Assessment

Our Platform uses AI to conduct interviews, evaluate responses, and provide assessments. While we strive for accuracy and fairness, AI-generated evaluations are aids to decision-making and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

4.2 Fraud Detection

We employ AI-powered fraud detection to identify inconsistencies, plagiarism, and dishonest behavior. Detected fraud may result in account suspension or termination.

4.3 Bias Mitigation

We are committed to bias-free evaluation and regularly audit our AI systems for fairness. Our AI is trained to ignore protected characteristics such as gender, race, ethnicity, and educational background.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display such content to provide our services.

5.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, including AI models, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Samani.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.3 Feedback

Interview feedback, assessments, and reports generated by our AI are proprietary to Samani.ai. Candidates may access their own feedback; recruiters may access feedback for candidates they are evaluating.

6. Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. Fees are specified on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

We do not guarantee that Candidates will receive job offers or that Recruiters will find suitable candidates.

9.2 Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.3 AI Limitations

While our AI systems are sophisticated, they have limitations. We recommend human review for final hiring decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samani.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samani.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination
